All orders are subject to availability at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. All prices displayed are in British Pounds (£). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders must be placed during our opening hours. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
4. Payment
We accept cash and card payments. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. All online and card payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details. In the event of a payment issue we will contact you directly.
5. Delivery
We deliver within our designated local delivery area in Birmingham. Delivery times provided are estimated and may vary depending on demand, weather or other circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A minimum order value may apply for delivery orders. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun in our kitchen. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately after placing it. Refunds are offered at our sole discretion depending on the circumstances. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
7. Food Allergens
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts and soy. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order. While we take every precaution we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross contamination. Flavour Lounge accepts no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information was not provided at the time of ordering.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses or any other malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or error free.
